• As these hoodies are personalized with your design, we cannot accept returns unless there is an error on our part.

• Please ensure the image provided meets the required quality (300 DPI, preferably 1000x1000px). Low-quality images may result in suboptimal prints, and returns due to image quality issues are not permitted.

• If the hoodie arrives with a mistake in printing, a defect, or damage unrelated to the design you provided, we will gladly replace or refund the item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product with photos of the issue.

• If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

• The design you send will be printed as-is. Ensure the uploaded file meets your expectations, as we cannot accept returns for errors in the submitted design.
